Tosin Ojo, wife of Super Eagles goalkeeper Olorunleke Ojo, has made serious allegations claiming that her husband and his mistress are threatening her life and that of their children. In a distressing Facebook post, Tosin stated, “If anything happens to me or my children, please hold my husband, Olorunleke Ojo and his side chick, Precious Daniels, responsible.” She also alleged that charms were being used against her and her children, warning that many women and children have lost their lives to similar situations.
The couple, who have two sons, met on Facebook and have been married since November 2016. Tosin, a former media officer for Kogi Confluence Queens football club, revealed the torment endured since Olorunleke earned little from AFCON in February 2024. She claimed that her husband spends time with his mistress and even broke into her locked bedroom, adding, “Please, I don’t know his mission, the world should help me if things get out of hand.”
In response, Olorunleke Ojo described the allegations as “grave, false, and malicious” and highlighted his financial support for his wife and children, stating, “I provided a monthly upkeep of $250,000 in addition to covering rent, school fees, and medical bills.” He emphasised his repeated efforts towards reconciliation, which were declined by Tosin. Olorunleke accused his wife of damaging his reputation and denied any involvement with charms or attempts to harm her or their children.
He appealed for privacy and urged that disputes be handled legally rather than on social media, pleading, “Please allow me to handle this difficult chapter of my life with dignity, and for the sake of the children whose future must not be destroyed by bitterness.”
