Serie A giants AC Milan are reportedly preparing for the potential departure of Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze this summer by identifying Brazilian youngster Rayan as a promising replacement, according to Soccernet.ng.
Chukwueze, 26, has faced challenges in securing regular playing time at Milan, despite featuring prominently in pre-season and scoring a goal against Perth Glory. Last season, he registered five goals and two assists in 29 appearances, most of which were from the bench. Milan’s sporting leadership is keen to ensure the squad remains competitive and have turned their attention to Rayan, a highly-rated 19-year-old winger currently playing for Vasco Da Gama.
