Tinubu, Oshiomhole have no moral right to criticise Ex-President Buhari For Tinubu Economic Woes- APC Salihu Lukman

The immediate North-West Vice Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Salihu Lukman, has berated former Governor of Edo State, Senator Adams Oshiomhole, and other leaders of the ruling party blaming the immediate past government of former President Muhammadu Buhari for the foreign exchange and economic woes plaguing Nigeria.

Lukman on Friday said that all the leaders of the APC, including President Bola Tinubu, were complicit in one way or the other to all the circumstances that contributed to Buhari’s administration failure.

OBSERVERSTIMES recall that Senator Oshiomhole, who is currently representing Edo North Senatorial District on the platform of the ruling APC, featured on Channels Television programme, he claimed that Nigerians were suffering due to the long-term consequences of the former President Buhari’s “reckless policies.”

“It is not fair to shift the blame solely on Buhari’s administration when all the leaders of the APC, including Tinubu and Oshiomhole, were complicit in the decisions and policies that led to the current economic woes. We cannot absolve ourselves of responsibility and point fingers at one person.

“We must acknowledge our mistakes and work towards rectifying them. It is time for the APC leaders to show humility and take ownership of their actions. Blaming others will not solve the problems facing our country.

“We must work together to find solutions and move Nigeria forward. It is time for accountability and leadership in the APC. We cannot continue to make excuses for our failures.”

Lukman concluded.
