The former commissioner of finance and gubernatorial aspirant in the just concluded governorship election in Kogi state, Hon. Zakari Alfa has been conferred with the traditional title of Ajiyan Ankpa by the Ejeh of Ankpa, His Royal Highness, Sadiq Ahmed in recognition of his contributions to humanity and the numerous sacrifices which he has made to demonstrate his commitment to effective leadership.
Ajiyan Ankpa which literally represents or means ” The custodian of Wealth ” comes with the traditional greeting as Zaaaaki, a mark of honor that can only be bestowed on a person with a proven track record of fiscal discipline and one who has distinguished himself in various leadership capacities.
