The Accord Party Candidate for Kogi State Governorship Election in Kogi state, Usman Oyibe Jibrin, CFR GSS AM psc(+) mni LLB PGCPA has condemned in strong terms the wanton destruction of Alhaji Kabir Bala aka Okwo’s properties and burning of his hotel in Ejule, Ofu, LGA of Kogi state .
The Rtd Naval Boss while condemning the act called on the state security apparatus to ensure an independent investigation and communicate their findings to the public to douse the tension in Kogi East .
The Governorship hopeful formally called on the Governor, IGP, DSS to quickly order an unbiased and uncompromised probe into the attack.
In the main, the former Naval Chief appealed for calm while awaiting the outcome of the investigation to be conducted by relevant agencies.
