Supreme Court Affirms PDP’s Adeleke As Governor Of Osun

The supreme court has affirmed Ademola Adeleke as the duly elected governor of Osun state.

The Supreme Court Justice said the Appellant failed to prove over voting The Supreme Court adopts BVAS as the primary source, and exhibit BVR by Oyetola was dismissed.

BVAS does not operate in isolation of voters register , therefore voters register is relevant to the conduct of election. – Supreme Court holds.
