Rihanna’s house ‘surrounded by police’ as man arrives on property ‘to propose’ to singer
An unidentified man is thought to have been spoken to by police after he walked onto Rihanna’s property with the intention of proposing to the Umbrella hitmaker
Police were called to Rihanna ‘s Los Angeles home on Thursday after a man turned up at the property with the intention of proposing to her, according to reports.
The unnamed man is thought to have travelled from South Carolina to LA where Rihanna, 35, lives with her partner A$AP Rocky and their one-year-old son.
He told security guards of his intention to ask for Rihanna’s hand in marriage before police were called and arrived on the scene to question him.
He was put in handcuffs and placed in a police car before being released with a warning not to return to the property.
It is not currently known if Rihanna, who is currently expecting her second child, was at home at the time of the incident.
