Distinguished Senator Patrick Ayo Akinyelure is a Nigerian banker, FCA, a fellow of both Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Politician, a Leader par excellence and Chairman ALLOVER GROUP who was elected to the Nigerian Senate to represent the good people of Ondo Central district in Ondo State in the 2011 and 2019 general elections running on the Labour Party ticket and Peoples’ Democratic Party.
The distinguish Senator believes in entrepreneurship skills and empowering Nigeria youth by providing job opportunities for many that cut-across the entire Ondo State and even Nigeria at large, hence his past and present services to the public & private sectors of the Nigerian economy cannot be overemphasized. Senator Ayo Akinyelure is a resourceful and results-oriented political leader and manager of Human Resource and a motivator to many Nigeria youth.
It is important to chronicle some of his many achievements as a business man and a leader in the Nigeria political circle. As first time senator in the 7th and 9th Assembly in the Nigeria Senate, Akinyelure has demonstrated enormous skills of a good leader who not only speak of youth empowerment but EMPLOYED into the Nigeria Federal Service over 1300 eligible applicants for both is stay in the Senate for the 7th & 9th assembly. Today many of those nominees has grown within the rank and files of the service and some even risen to directorate cadre. The economic impact these singular action of the people’s Senator has created in the life and community of such nominees cannot be overstated.
The youth and community empowerment he has delivered to his people as part of dividend of democracy is compared to non in the Nigeria Senate. Having established skill acquisition centresin his senatorial district and empowered many youth financially and with equipments to start their own businesses, the people’s senator have not rested in delivering the quality of good leadership to his people, even as his not serving at the moment in the Nigeria Senate, he has continued to empower his people through scholarships and invested in the dream of some of the youth in his senatorial district by distributing vehicles to support their transportation business.
