Honourable James Abiodun Faleke, Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Finance and representative of Ikeja Federal Constituency, has been selected to receive the Award of Excellence for Community Development and Empowerment. This prestigious recognition is in acknowledgement of his remarkable empowerment programs for his constituents in Lagos over the past decade.
The Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation will confer the award on Honourable Faleke at the National Excellence Awards in Public Service ceremony, scheduled for Saturday, July 7, 2024, at the State House Conference Centre, Abuja. His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will present the award to the honoree.
The notification of the award was communicated to the Secretary of the defunct All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Committee (APC PCC) via a letter dated June 7, 2024, signed by Dr. Nnamdi Maurice Mbaeri, Permanent Secretary, General Services, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
