In the history of Nigeria, this is the worst ministerial screening ever conducted by the Senate. Worst still is that, it was conducted by Godswill Akpabio, the most corrupt Senate President Nigeria has ever had.
It is during this sham screening supervised by Akpabio, that a Ministerial nominee from Sokoto State appeared with Two Credits from his WAEC results and boldly and confidently told the Senate that it is good enough.
Then came another scandalous nominee who entered Primary school at the age of 3, according to his resume. And another who had been banned by the court in 2019 from holding public office for 10yrs. And many other nominees with well packaged fraudulent resumes.
Akpabio with his baggage of corruption, did not have the moral courage to send the nominees back to their homes. They all took a shameless bow, awaiting juicy portfolios to continue to milk the commonwealth of the citizens.
What more can Nigerians expect when the whole three arms of Government is led and populated by crooks whose dossiers of corruption have all gathered dusts in the shelves of the toothless, most redundant and cluelessly incompetent anti corruption agency called the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
It is now a free for all. The circle is almost complete. The leadership team of the country is now in the hands of certificate forgers, drug Lords, certified thieves, men and women with zero morals. There was indeed a country-Nigeria is gone!
