The former Governor of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha loses again to Imo State Government as the Federal High Court Abuja refused to grant order of Interim injunction to stop the absolute confistication of his illegally acquired properties as contained in the White paper gazette by the Imo State Government and the Economic and financial crimes commission.
Senator Okorocha filed the suit against the Imo State Government, EFCC and 46 others.
