NBC OBSERVERS TEAM IN EDO STATE FOR GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION

The Election Monitoring team of the National Broadcasting Commission, led by Dr. Tony Anigala, Director, Broadcast Monitoring and Mrs. Gloria Makinde, Director, Investigation and Enforcement, are in Benin City, the Edo State Capital to ensure that Broadcast Stations comply with the Nigeria Brodcasting Code in the coverage and reportage of the on-going Gubernatorial Election.
The Commission have, before today, made several sensitization visits to broadcast stations in the State and hosted a broadcast coverage workshop to ensure fair play, decency and equity is upheld in the State Election coverage.
