GOV. BELLO GREETS BARRISTER IRUKERA @ 52, DESCRIBES HIM AS A WORTHY AMBASSADOR OF NIGERIA.

Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has greeted the Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) Barrister Babatunde Irukera on the occasion of his 52nd
birthday anniversary, describing him as a worthy ambassador of the
Confluence State.
The Governor’s birthday greeting was contained in a press statement on
Friday signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Onogwu Muhammed.
Governor Bello added that the celebrant was a man of peace who has truly carved a niche for himself as one of the country’s finest legal
practitioner and has gained such recognition within and outside the country.
He noted that the Chief Executive of FCCPC has proven himself worthy of such accolades owing to his doggedness on the job and several policies as well as initiatives to ensure that protection of consumers were guaranteed across board.
The Governor also noted that Bar. Irukera was a progressive minded party man who has also added his meaningful quota to the advancement of the ruling All Progressives Congress, noting that his style of politics was devoid of bitterness.
Governor Bello urged the celebrant to continue to adhere to the values and virtues which has dignified him, noting that his act of
humanitarianism would surely outlive his existence.
The Governor prayed that Barrister Irukera would live a long and fulfilled life in good health, adding that he would be better
positioned to impact the younger generations for similar successes.
