Traditional Ruler Rises Against BBNaija as Ooni Of Ife Suggests Replacement‬

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, on Wednesday suggested that Reality TV show, Big Brother Nigeria, be scrapped and replaced with a new concept.
The Royal Father made the remarks while playing host to members of the National Youth Council of Nigeria in his palace at Ile-Ife.
The Ooni said Big Brother didn’t match up to the values Nigerian youths should strive for in building a new Nigeria.
Instead, he said, a new show showcasing and grooming young professionals and talented individuals would better suit young people in the country.
He also advised Nigerian youths to stop abusing national leaders but focus on contributing their own quota and align their priorities towards nation-building.
