Wike disclosed this , the governor further appealed to the federal to help Rivers state with palliative, and that they should convert the Rice to money or garri as Rivers state have enough rice at hands, the govenor also disclosed that a dead COVID-19 patient’s children threatened to sue the State government for saying their mum died of the virus but as at today, the children tested positive.
