Ebonyi State has recorded its Covid-19 index case.
OBSERVERS TIMES learned that the patient is a 31-year-old man and a transporter.
It was gathered that he had frequently travelled from Edo State secretly entered Ebonyi State despite the existing Ebonyi State Covid-19 Law.
It was also gathered that he brought three passengers with him into the state whose status is yet to be ascertained.
