The 14 advantages tagged “Electricity consumer rights” advanced by the commission top notcher,Babatunde Irukera is in furtherance of awareness creation for services and supplies.
The advantages among others is as follows; “Are you concerned about arbitrary billing, group disconnection, disconnection without notice, replacement of transformer & related equipment, prolonged power outage, poor response to your complaint”?.
The commission in it’s determination to enforce the new order,called for collective efforts from all and sundry,to ensure the improvements of services from Distribution companies nation wide,commensurate to monies paid by Nigerians.
