As part of his drive to encourage both dry season, known as irrigation farming, and the normal raining season, member representing Ankpa/Omala/Olamaboro at the House of Representatives is to launch a program known as “An Operation Enrich Farmers,Feed the Nation”
The program according to the federal lawmaker Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali will take place at his Constituency office,Owelle road in Ankpa on Monday 17th February 2020.
The event is expected to kick start his many programs that will encourage both our indigenous and large scale farmers into returning back to farm as another alternative into self sustenance and self developement.
Conversely,the Federal Lawamker assured his Constituents in building capacity and robust representation at the green chamber during his stint.
According to Honourable Abdullahi,farming was known as primitive way of sustenace during their upbringing,saying abandoning the local occupation of our extraction is not in line with good way of life .
He re-assured the people of his Constituency of his desire to continue to encourage self sustenance,skill development, empowerment and capacity building, so as to develop an independent template for all facets of the society.
