Exposed: Plans to frame up, arrest key Kabba/Bunu PDP leaders and supporters by Kogi Speaker

A sinister plan by the kogi speaker, Rt. Hon. (Prince) Kolawole Matthew to arrest and detain PDP leaders and supporters in kabba/Bunu on trumped up charges has just been uncovered.
A source close to the honorable speaker who pleaded to remain anonymous has unmasked the plot by Prince Kolawole to humiliate PDP leaders in kabba seeing that his party, the APC, has fallen out of place in the hearts of the people.
Recall that a fortnight ago, the state governor was said to have been left furious and disappointed after committing huge resources to his course in kogi west through his appointees from that axis with little or nothing to show for it terms of mobilization and acceptability by the people of kabba/Bunu and by extension, kogi west.
“As we speak, names has been penned down by one Mr Sunday Ojo and an aide to the speaker on his (Prince Matthew) instruction and handed over to the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in kabba/Bunu for onward arrest” our source revealed.
Top on the list for arrest as revealed by the insider close to kogi speaker is Hon Kola Ologbondiyan, the national publicity secretary of the main opposition party, PDP, Hon Obagbayi Tolorunleke, Mr. Anigo Raphael, Jossy Dada and Ojo Oshoko.
Others on the list includes, Mr. Toyin Mechanic, Samuel Oloyuko, Engr. Ajigi Matthew, Akefson Peter Mary Ben Olorunfemi Gbenga Olorunipa and Pastor Femi Obalemo.
The likes of Hon Alfred Bello, Kogi State PDP treasure, Mokikan Kingsley,Hon JJ, Fidelis Bello, Rotimi Adebayo Tellar and Uncle Ben Owoleke are also not left behind in the sinister of detention.
The speaker was said to have bragged to do anything humanly possible to impress the governor who seems to enjoy intimidation and flagrant disregard for human rights especially when it concerns the main opposition party, PDP members as campaign strategy.
In what seem to be a show of resistance, the youths of Ojota in kabba, earlier today, affirmed their support for the PDP as they erected a billboard in support of Wada/Aro candidature. The youths expressed their resolve to support, vote and protect their votes in the coming election.
“We call on the police to stay true to their civic duties and not allow themselves to be used by failed and rejected politicians” the youths noted.
