A group under the aegis, “Kogi Vision 2019,” has thrown weight behind, QS Aminu Abubakar, for the aspiration of Aminu Abubakar for Kogi State governorship in the forthcoming election.

According to the group, the endorsement came after wide reaching consultation, which necessitated the decision to arrive at the a man with credentials as the PDP ,declare that Aminu Abubakar as a candidate with track records will guarantee victory for the PDP

Speaking during Press Conference, Ojogbane Ibrahim Chairman of the group, said the decision was taken by  various branches of the group from all the 9 Local Government Areas of the state.

He said that QS Amini has proven  capacity to address the insecurity in the state, poor education, corruption and non promotion of civil servants if given mandate.

“For the past one week of his campaign tour, QS Aminu was the only voice speaking about the bad governance, insecurity, lack of promotion, non payments of pension and gratuity  of retirees among others.

“So, he has identified without plight and has demonstrated his willingness to addressing our challenges if elected,” the Comrade added.

He added that QS Aminu has proven himself as a corrupt free Nigerian in all the big and multi billionaire projects he has executed as a big time contractor of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The pro good governance advocacy group said QS Aminu Abubakar is of the new modern world, that age is on his side, and as a youth he will plan well for the future of the state.
